契約書や労働組合との契約がなければ、基本的にAT WILLで働いていることになる。
AT　WILLは自由意志の労使関係である。つまり、いつどんな理由によっても従業員は退職することができるし
いつどんな理由によっても雇用主は解雇できる。賃金についても同じことが言えるということだ。

重要なのは、この法律の解釈だけでなく、後から報復を受けるような「感情」を従業員に残さない
ことだ。行き着くところ、人の心だ。

Hello,

Unless you are working under a contract, either personnel or union, or written company policy says the management cannot reduce base pay, they can.

You are most likely an "at will employee" which means you can quit or they can fire you for almost any reason. The same rules apply to pay.
